How long have you been in business?
Seen 2008. Have working in automotive / transmission repair industry seen 1976.
What is your primary product or service?
Transmission repairs and exchanges. Installing OEM/Factory reman transmission and in house rebuilds.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a young know it all working in a GM dealership working as general line technician. I told the transmission technician next to me that I could do just as good as him. I was only kidding. He got mad and walked off job and told the service detector that I could do the job better.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am one of only a few owners that actually do the rebuilding of transmissions that we repair.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only have one small location I am working alone. I had three large stores with many great and not so great employees. In May of 2013 I had a little bout with cancer. Going into Septic shock in December of 2013 and almost leaving this world. God sent me back. One of my friend/competitors hired most of my guys. I lost almost everything. I didn’t give up. My faith and many prayers from real friends and loving customer’s pulled me though. Thanks be to God.

All of central Ohio.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do. That why all work is done by appointment. I can no longer do walk ins or have waiters. Do I the pick up and delivery’s.
What are your hours of operation?
Normally Monday thur Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Except Holy days of obligations
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I guess it was when another business owner told me that he never heard (exemployees) my guys say that they worked with me. Not for me.
