Creating IT Futures Foundation is an IT Charity providing training and certification to under-represented populations in the IT workforce. Our network partner, Per Scholas, helps the unemployed residents of Central Ohio break into the booming tech hub of Columbus with its tuition-free IT Ready job training courses.
For employers in Columbus, IT-Ready and Per Scholas deliver low-risk, high-reward IT-Ready graduates to work full-time for six months. Recruitment, screening, background checks, training and certification are paid for by Per Scholas. Employers provide work experience that helps new industry entrants get started in their IT careers.
