How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is Gourmet Food Gift Baskets for all occasions, Corporate Gifting, Fresh Fruit and Produce Gift Baskets, Fresh Potted Plants and cookie bouquets for the Gardeners. During September through December, we also offer a line of Holiday Pine Cone Centerpieces, Snow Flocked Artificial Holiday Wreaths and many types and styles of Holiday Gift Baskets!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My business originally started out with my wreaths and florals and the gift baskets were added.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am always happy to customize a basket or a wreath for the Customer's needs. If select products are needed- such as particular regional products, I am happy to locate those as well for my clientele. I am an OHIO PROUD affiliate member, when at all possible I use local Ohio Food vendors for my suppliers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, I have one location- in a private studio, where designs are created and from where my gift baskets are shipped.

What type of payments do you accept?
Baskets n Boughs accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. We also accept Debit Cards. Checks can be used however, the check must clear the bank before your order can be shipped.
Which areas do you service?
Franklin County, Pickaway County are included in hand delivery areas. All other counties within Ohio and the US are shipped by either USPS Priority or UPS.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Sue Temple is the owner
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8am-6pm M-F. 9am-1pm on Saturday- Closed Sundays.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Our best compliment is when the recipient is thrilled with the food/snack selection as well as the design.
