What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is a web site presence for your business or organization. Our primary function is to provide you with fast personal service to get your web site up and running, and keep it current to best reflect your business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started as web site designers, and were quickly dissatisfied with the state of hosting support. We found that we could provide services more economically and more effectively than the companies we used.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our primary differentiation is our service. Call 10 "top" web hosting companies, and chances are you will get (1) no phone service, (2) a phone tree, or (3) support outsourced overseas. Our service is provided live and in person by our staff in Columbus, Ohio, and there are no phones trees - we believe in the power of a personal connection with our clients.
