What is your primary product or service?
Consulting service in IT mgmt, process improvement, and training.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My physics background led my to search for more rigor in software development, which led me into the quality and process engineering disciplines.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am proud to say that we do zero-defect projects on time, on budget, predictably, on a routine basis. We constantly keep up with the best practices and techniques so that we keep a slight edge over what our competitors are doing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location now, with plans to expand staff using a virtual model. We are in talks with partnering with a Dayton company and expanding in that direction.

What type of payments do you accept?
We mostly invoice, so purchase orders, checks, and credit cards for some events.

Training and technical solutions to small- and mid-sized companies; process improvement and PMO initiatives to mid-sized to large companies.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Al Cline is the President and COO.
